This sanctuary has been occupied and stewarded since 1890. It is an ashram of and for nature. All structures are built from local, natural materials and most of the craftsmen who have built here have been visiting the land since their childhood.
This is a place to reconnect to the way things used to be, a time that no longer exists.
With a world class surf break in front, listen to the waves, watch the stars, make a fire, go to bed at sunset, rise with the sunrise, slow down and listen to the birds. The energy of this land has been cultivated by the shepherdess for over 30 years. For many reasons this land is very rare and special.
